THE HIGH OUTPUT T5 GROW LIGHT
Our environmentally friendly PortaGrow High-output T5 Fluorescent grow light is a compact fixture that uses four, 24 watt high-output fluorescent T5 bulbs. It has an advanced German specular aluminum reflector. High-output T5 fluorescents produce almost twice as much light as standard fluorescent grow lights while still burning very cool to the touch. T5 HO bulbs have a very thin profile, much smaller than standard T-12 or T-8 bulbs, making them a good choice in limited space. The PortaGrow two-foot, four tube T-5 fixture provides as much light as a 100 watt HID lamp but spreads the light much more evenly over the growing area It utilizes the red and blue spectrums of light which are the most effective for growing plants but also has enough white light for attractive plant display.
Wire cable hangers allow these flexible fixtures to be hung horizontally or vertically. They have a powder-coated steel housing, can be daisy-chained, have individual switches, and are easy to hang in multiple configurations. Each fixture comes with two 3000K (red) bulbs and two 6500K (blue) bulbs.
